Do you allow outside cakes?

Yes, we allow outside cakes for special occasions. There is a $3 per person cake fee to cover plating and service.

Do you charge automatic gratuity for large parties?

Yes, we add a 20% automatic gratuity for parties of 8 or more guests.

Do you offer family-style dining options?

Yes, we do! Our menu features a variety of shareable dishes perfect for family-style dining. If you’re dining with a large group, we recommend letting us know in advance to provide the best experience.

Are your ingredients organic or locally sourced?

We prioritize using locally sourced, high-quality ingredients whenever possible. While not all items are certified organic, we work with trusted suppliers to ensure freshness and sustainability.

What is your restaurant’s ambiance like?

Our space offers a stylish yet relaxed atmosphere, ideal for date nights, celebrations, or casual get-togethers. Expect a vibrant setting with great music and exceptional service.

Is there a time limit for dining during busy hours?

To accommodate all guests, we have a time limit of 1.5 hours for tables of two and 2 hours for larger groups during peak hours. If you’d like to stay longer, we recommend booking a later time slot.

Can I request a table near the window?

Yes, window seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. You’re welcome to add a request when booking, and while we do our best to accommodate, availability is not guaranteed.

What is your corkage fee?

We allow guests to bring their own wine with a $45 corkage fee per 750ml bottle. A maximum of one bottle per two guests is permitted. Outside beer and liquor are not allowed.

Is your food halal at Alice?

Yes, we offer several halal options at Alice. Our Tomahawk Steaks, sourced from a family farm in Guelph and aged for 45 days, are halal. Additionally, our steaks, burgers, and Wagyu burgers are all halal. However, please note that our Chicken, Beef Tartare, and Mom Spaghetti are not halal.

Do you take reservations?

Yes, we highly recommend making a reservation, especially on weekends. You can book a table online through our website or call us directly at (647) 693-7730.

Do you offer takeout or delivery?

Yes, we offer both takeout and delivery. You can place an order through popular delivery apps.

Do you have a happy hour?

Yes! Our happy hour runs daily from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM and Sunday to Thursday from 9:30 PM to close, featuring discounted drinks and appetizers.

Is your restaurant family-friendly?

How do I get to your restaurant using public transportation?

We’re easily accessible via the TTC. The closest streetcar stop is at Bathurst Street and College Street, just a short walk from our location.

Are you near Kensington Market?

Yes, we’re just a 10-minute walk from Kensington Market—perfect for dining before or after exploring the area.

Do you offer outdoor seating?

Yes! We have a beautiful patio with a leafy ambiance, perfect for enjoying your meal outdoors.

Is your restaurant wheelchair accessible?

No, our restaurant is not fully wheelchair accessible, and we do not have ramps.

Do you validate parking?

We do not offer parking validation at this time.

What’s the best time to visit to avoid crowds?

We’re busiest during dinner hours (6:00 PM–8:00 PM) and weekends. For a quieter experience, we recommend visiting in the early evening on weekdays.

Yes! We offer a variety of gluten-free dishes. Please inform your server of any dietary restrictions.

Our most popular dishes include the Tomahawk Steak, Rigatoni alla Vodka, and our famous Tartufo dessert.

Do you serve brunch?

Currently, we do not serve brunch. Our hours of operation start at 4:00 PM, However it is launching soon

We serve our in-house Alice Lager, as well as Stella Artois and Molson Canadian.

Do you offer prix fixe menus for special occasions?

Yes! We offer prix fixe menus for holidays and special events. During busy weekends, prix fixe may be required for faster service.

What’s your most unique drink?

Our signature Alice Cocktail, made with prickly pear, is a must-try!
Additionally, we feature 818 Tequila in one of our signature cocktails, offering a unique and refreshing taste.

do you require a deposit to host a large party or event?

Yes! The booking is not confirmed until we receive the deposit.

if i have a prix fixe event can i choose steak temperatures?

For prix fixe events, the steak temperature for the Steak & Frites is limited to medium or well-done only.

If you upgrade to a 10 oz striploin, we can prepare it to your preferred temperature, whether that's rare or medium-rare.

Do you have live DJs or themed nights?

Kids & Family

Are strollers allowed inside?

Due to space limitations, we do not accommodate strollers. We recommend bringing infants in mobile car seats that can be placed on a chair.

Do you have a children’s menu?

NO, we DO NOT have a kids’ menu available for our younger guests.
